Refunds

Please note: subscription payments and purchases completed via crypto are non-refundable.

Gridbase sells digital goods delivered through Tebex. Our Merchant of Record is Tebex Limited, who handles billing operations on the payment side. Due to the nature of instantly delivered digital licenses, completed purchases are generally treated as final.

As a goodwill policy, we may review refund requests when a script is not functioning as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe. Approval remains at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to deny requests where evidence is incomplete or misuse is detected.

Refund requests are not accepted for transferred/delivered goods, duplicate purchases caused by account errors, mistaken purchases made on the wrong account, or refusal to complete troubleshooting requested by support.

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but previously processed subscription payments are not reversed. Any payment dispute with Tebex billing should be raised directly with Tebex Limited.
